Course description

Defining inclusive training methodologies, i.e. how they can help when different people are involved in the process. It is very important to understand the needs, desires and abilities of the different people who are part of the training, and at the same time to adapt to them and enable them to learn more. This is done through the use of given strategies as well as their combination, in order to adapt to different learning styles.

Most importantly, we learn how to use technology in this entire process of creating and sharing content for a green, sustainable economy. For this purpose, industrial design is also explained as a model for facilitating the process of creating training materials.
