Elena Blazhevska, form Skopje, North Macedonia, is a Project Coordinator at the Association of business women with over a decade of experience in the NGO sector. She holds an LL.M in Law from the University 'St. Cyril and Methodius' in Skopje. She specializes in women’s entrepreneurship development, project management, and promotion. Over the past seven years, she has focused on key areas such as green transition, circular economy, and financial support, driving initiatives that empower women in business.

Tamara Jovanov Apasieva

Full professor at the Faculty of Economics, UGD, with 16+ years of experience.Areas of interest are marketing, strategic marketing, marketing management, entrepreneurship, innovation, research, and teaching methods.Long-term cooperation with the private sector and NGOs as a consultant, trainer, mentor, advisor, and member of national and international associations and organizations such as the Association of Business Women of Macedonia, National Platform for Women’s Entrepreneurship, Youth on Board, EBES, Macedonian Marketing Association, etc.
