This training is for educators. It provides a definition of what self-assessment is and its benefits for educators and participants in a course, it looks into differences between self-assessment and peer assessment or external evaluation and starts with a Self-reflection in the teaching practice. It then provides main strategies for using self-assessment in teaching practice - benefits and challenges of a specific strategy, and explores tools that one can use and engage in hands-on practice/ exercises.
