Tanja Gavrić is an expert in management with a PhD in organizational behavior and strategic management, specializing in family businesses. She is the author of the book Family Business Management, which delves into the complexities and challenges inherent in family-owned enterprises. Her research focuses on intergenerational succession planning, conflict management strategies, and the impact of family dynamics on business performance and continuity.Tanja serves as an Associate Professor at the University "VITEZ," Faculty of Business Economics, where she develops and teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in management, leadership, family business management, operations management, organizational change management, strategic management and competitive advantage and  business decision-making. She is the initiator and Executive Editor of SKEI - International Multidisciplinary Journal, where she oversees the journal's strategic direction, maintains high editorial standards, and fosters collaboration within the academic community. Her role has significantly enhanced the journal's visibility and impact.In addition to her academic work, Tanja has participated in numerous international conferences, presenting research on topics such as digital transformation, conflict management, and organizational behavior.
