Course description

This module highlights the advantanges and limitations of physical training while also addressing its logistical and accessibility challenges. At the same time it explores how digital training offers flexibility, accessibility, and cost-effectiveness, but may face issues related to engagement and technological barriers. The module includes practical guidance on how to develop a bledend training model, including selecting appropriate tools, planning integration, and methods to engage learners.

Calliope Evropa

Calliope Evropa is a young ambitious woman having recently started her career in EU Project Management. Calliope is a recent graduate from the department of International and European Studies at the University of Macedonia. She successfully completed her internship during the summer at the Greek Association of Women Entrepreneurs and since then, she works as an EU project manager, writing proposals for EU projects, contributing to the implementation of work packages of already approved EU projects, and also contribute to the establishment of an Energy Community in the region of Messinia in Greece. Lastly, she is very keen on international and European issues and events, as well as European policies.
